- I enjoy working very hard. I learned my work ethic from grandfather. My grandfather helped me get my first job. It was at the University of Michigan as a janitor. He taught me alot about responsibility on the job, and how to do different janitorial tasks. After awhile, whenever he was sick I was able to take over both his an my duties. I want to use what I learned from my grandfather and the University of Michigan about janitorial work for a position as a janitor in the greater Ann Arbor community.
